MEXICO Suite is a bright and colorful penthouse, inspired by Mexican popular culture, with a cozy garden terrace. The Suite is just one minute from Las Canteras Beach, on the second floor of a spacious family home, newly renovated, and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. PROPERTY: The spacious 18 m2 living room, connected to the terrace, has a seating area with a double sofa bed (140×200 cm), 55” SmartTV (140 cm) with satellite and internet connection, web browser with wireless keyboard and mouse, as well as fiber optic WiFi. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped. The chill-out area is a 15 m2 terrace covered with artificial grass, a pavilion with armchairs, low table, planters with aromatic plants, and a garden hose. The bedroom has a double bed (135×190 cm) and a large 1.5 m mirrored wardrobe with a safe. All bedding is 100% cotton. The bathroom has independent access from the bedroom or the private terrace. The shower is 1.4×0.8 m and has solar hot water. A set of towels is provided for each occupant along with cleaning accessories. The entire Suite has a forced air freshening system with ceiling fans and remote control. The windows are soundproofed and protected with curtains and blackout blinds. The lighting is hidden with adjustable LED lights to create different atmospheres. Additionally, the property has another chill-out terrace on the same floor, shared with the other three suites, with a side view of the sea. You can enjoy a 7×4 m artificial grass solarium with sun loungers, a pavilion with armchairs, and planters with aromatic plants. It also has a washing machine, clothesline, garden hose, and cleaning accessories. From the first week, a weekly cleaning with bed linen and towel change is provided free of charge.
