The living area features two single sofas (80×200 cm) that can be converted into two double beds (160×200 cm), a 60” SmartTV (152 cm) with satellite and internet connection, a web browser with wireless keyboard and mouse, and fiber optic WiFi.
The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped and receive plenty of natural light from the private patio with a transparent roof, which also includes a sink, clothesline, and hose for washing sports equipment.
There is a bathroom with a shower adapted for wheelchair use and accessibility aids.
A staircase leads to the double bedroom on the wooden mezzanine, which features a natural latex mattress (140×190 cm) placed on a wool rug, and a large open wardrobe with shelving storage. All bed linen is 100% cotton.
An entrance hall ensures privacy, and a large low cabinet offers plenty of storage space. A safe is also provided. Both the living area and the mezzanine can be visually separated with panels and curtains when sleeping.
The property includes a forced fresh air circulation system, two remote-controlled fans, and soundproof windows.
