DESCRIPTION
AFRICA is a spacious and bright MasterSuite, completely renovated with a design inspired by Black Africa. Its 3 double bedrooms and large open-plan living-dining-kitchen area are perfect to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located just one minute from Las Canteras Beach, on the first floor of a large family house, it also offers access to a fantastic shared rooftop chill-out terrace on the top floor.
It features 600Mb fiber optic WiFi, 100% cotton linens, and is soundproofed with fresh air ventilation system.
YOUR SPACE
The 30 m² living room includes a lounge area with a double sofa bed (140×200 cm), a 55” Smart TV with satellite and internet connection, Netflix, web browser with wireless keyboard and mouse, plus high-speed fiber optic WiFi (600Mb).
The kitchen area is fully equipped, and the large dining table seats up to 8 people.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and a large mirrored wardrobe with safe. All bed linen is 100% cotton. It also has its own private full bathroom.
There is a second full shared bathroom for the other guests, also equipped with solar-powered hot water. A set of towels per guest and cleaning supplies are provided.
The second bedroom has two single beds (80×190 cm), both electrically adjustable with remote control, and a built-in mirrored wardrobe.
The third bedroom features two single beds (80×200 cm) that can be joined into a queen-size bed, and a large mirrored wardrobe. It is located on the corner and has access to an exterior balcony with a side sea view.
The entire suite is equipped with a forced fresh air ventilation system and ceiling fans with remote control in each room. The windows are soundproofed and fitted with blackout curtains and blinds. Lighting is indirect with dimmable LED, allowing you to create different atmospheres.
Additionally, the property offers access to a fantastic rooftop chill-out terrace, shared with the other three suites. You’ll enjoy a 7×4 m artificial grass solarium with sun loungers, a lounge pavilion, and planters with aromatic herbs. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, garden hose, and cleaning equipment available.
For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning service with linen and towel change is included free of charge.
SERVICES & SHARED AREAS
The staircase and the rooftop chill-out terrace on the upper floor, including the washing machine and drying rack, are shared with the other 3 suites.
